This site does not utilize cookies or comparable trackers that can be used to track, trace or identify visitors or to extract information. Our server automatically collects and saves technical information such as IP-address, visitation duration and visited pages. This information is only used for maintenance, troubleshooting and IT security. Log data is not being connected to an individual, group or organization. The purpose of this site is to present an abstract of our services and means to contact us.

Communication:
When you communicate with Incident Angle for the purposes of establishing and maintaining a cooperative partnership, you will receive complete discression by default. Your contact information will not be used for anything except for information exchange regarding the purpose of your communication. Visitors who would like to contact us with information and questions of confidential nature are encouraged to use their own secure communication services. Incident Angle Oy fully cooperates with local and EU law enforcement agencies.

Use of third‑party messaging apps:
Incident Angle Oy maintains strict confidentiality and secure communication practices. Clients are strongly encouraged to use the secure channels provided by Incident Angle Oy for sensitive or confidential information. If clients choose to communicate via third‑party enterprise collaboration platforms or consumer messaging apps, they should be aware that while person-to-person message contents may be encrypted, group message contents and metadata such as sender/recipient identities, timestamps and other usage information may not be encrypted, and may be disclosed by the service provider to external parties for commercial use. Incident Angle Oy has no control over such disclosures and cannot assume responsibility for risks arising from them. Responsibility for any confidentiality or security risks associated with the use of third‑party messaging apps rests with the client. Incident Angle Oy’s obligations remain fully applicable to communications conducted through its recommended secure channels.

Intellectual property rights:
Non-disclosure commitment already signed by parties acting in behalf of Incident Angle Oy can be reviewed here. Any and all original files Incident Angle creates for the client are clients intellectual property upon assignment that requires consideration, excluding non-original components of those files. Registered intellectual property rights already in possession of Incident Angle Oy are not used in any part of client projects without prior notice. The files are delivered via secure e-mail or cloud sharing platforms that physically exist in GDPR (or equivalent) compliant country. Other secure delivery methods are available.

Use of artificial intelligence:
Clients seeking cooperative partnerships with Incident Angle Oy should be aware that various AI applications are in use by Incident Angle. For security purposes, Incident Angle considers any and all online AI applications as an unsanctioned third-party by default and thus extends all security practices mentioned here to the use of AI as well. A locally sandboxed GGUF model may be used in connection of client projects if deemed beneficial to the project. Quality control and final inspection is always conducted by a human professional.

Language:
We present our services bilingually on our website. We do our best to present our service descriptions, terms and conditions as accurately as possible in both languages, but in case of discrepancies, the English version is to be considered current.
